Finalised the menu for the Big Christmas Party

After carefully choosing a local top catering company for our event we recently finalised the menu for the Big Christmas Party.

Mains:

  • Turkey roulade wrapped in pancetta, stuffed with sage and onion stuffing, carved at the buffet point, served with roast gravy
  • Baked Salmon with Ginger and herbs
  • Sun blushed tomato and brie tart, served with cranberry and onion marmalade [vegetarian option]

All of the above main courses are served with roasted potatoes accompanied with your choice of either roasted seasonal vegetables or 3 freshly made salads.

Desserts:

  • Chocolate truffle torte
  • Mince pies

We are very much looking forward to this great event.
